AM Set (10-Noon): Little Sister

Little Sister is a Hudson Valley indie rock band with a folk twist, bringing electric guitar, keys and banjo to intimate rooms and community stages. Blending indie rock instrumentation with roots-inspired vocals and lyricism, Little Sister’s sets bring a mix of emotional original music with covers of folk and rock bands like Doves and Bear’s Den – a resonance of darkness, yearning and deep feeling.

Born in 2025 as a collaboration between singer-songwriters Laura Westman and Neil Curri (formerly of 71 Sunbeam and Raking Shores), Little Sister includes Justin Reilly (formerly of Wirearchy, Rising Up Rising Down and Coldbringer) and David Runski (Drum Captain at Easton Area High School, Rutgers University Marching Band and Pep Band). Laura Westman, vocalist and keyboardist, released a solo EP prior to this project, Whiskey and the Cold Nights (2021).
